Grenada National Resort (GNR), developed by Heng Sheng Group (HSG), is the largest Citizenship by Investment (CBI)-approved project in Grenada, setting a new benchmark for luxury tourism and residential investment in the Caribbean. Spanning more than 400 acres in the northern Levara part of Grenada, GNR will feature world-class amenities, including 500 ocean-view suites, an 18-hole golf course, a casino, an amusement park, helipads, and a yacht marina.
Hotel Zone
Phase 2 of Hotel Tower number 2 reached a major structural milestone in March with the successful completion of all remaining foundation screw piles. Work on the second floor – rebar binding, formwork installation, and concrete pouring – has also been conducted this month. Support structure dismantling and material turnover are also progressing smoothly, paving the way for the next phase of construction.
Golf Course
The transformation of the golf course is well underway. Most site clearing is now complete, and cleanup of Artificial Lake number 6 is set to begin. The pump station has entered the quotation stage, and the terrain sculpting team is currently being assembled. The clubhouse is rapidly taking shape, with the first-floor structure complete, and more than half of the roof-level steel pre-embedment installed.
Other Highlights
Further achievements this month include the finalization of GNR’s wind power generation plan and the systemic optimization of the HVAC/plumbing/electrical plans.
"We are thrilled with the steady progress across all sectors of Grenada National Resort," said Ma You, HSG General Manager of the Engineering and Construction Department. “Each milestone brings us closer to delivering a transformative destination that will elevate Grenada’s tourism and investment landscape. Our team remains committed to excellence, and we look forward to sharing more achievements in the coming months."
