Grenada National Resort: April 2025 Construction Update
2025.05.01

Grenada National Resort (GNR), developed by Heng Sheng Group (HSG), is the largest Citizenship by Investment (CBI)-approved project in Grenada, setting a new benchmark for luxury tourism and residential investment in the Caribbean. Spanning more than 400 acres in the northern Levera part of Grenada, GNR will feature world-class amenities, including 500 ocean-view suites, an 18-hole golf course, a casino, an amusement park, helipads, and a yacht marina.

Hotel Zone
Significant structural progress continued throughout April. The first section of the equipment mezzanine level has been fully completed, including steel reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pouring. Scaffolding, column reinforcement, and framework closure have also been finalized for the remaining sections of the mezzanine and initiated for the fourth floor. These developments mark another step forward toward the realization of GNR’s luxury accommodations.

Casino and Clubhouse
Construction of the casino foundation is now underway, with 20% of the foundation beams completed through excavation, pile head breaking, and concrete pouring. Simultaneously, the golf clubhouse continues to take shape, reaching 50% progress on the roof structure, including bolt embedment, beam-column work, and concrete application.

Golf Course
The golf course is rapidly evolving. In April, further land clearing, boulder crushing, and debris removal were carried out. Heavy machinery and skilled technicians are now on-site, and the design team has completed key technical assessments to guide terrain shaping and infrastructure development.
